Dr. Christopher Mullenix is a highly respected oral and maxillofacial surgeon in Mobile, AL, serving the Gulf Coast community since 2002. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Mullenix is known for providing exceptional care in a full scope of oral and facial surgery procedures, including dental implants, wisdom teeth removal, jaw surgery, facial trauma treatment, and more.

A board-certified surgeon, Dr. Mullenix is a Fellow in good standing with the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is also actively involved in numerous local, state, and national surgical societies and he is a past president of the Alabama State Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Dr. Mullenix began his academic journey at the University of Alabama, completing his undergraduate degree in just three years. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) with honors from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Medical Center, followed by a rigorous six-year residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery, during which he also earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD).

Dr. Mullenix and Jamie live in Fairhope, Alabama with three of their 4 children. When not in the office, you can find them on the water, at the ballpark, in the gym or at Alabama football games.
